In plain language: AVEN does not collect consumer health data. We don't ask for it, and none of our features require it.
AVEN does not collect consumer health data. Our signup, profile, verification, and matching features do not request health conditions, treatments, diagnoses, biometric health measurements, or similar information, and we do not infer it.
We do not sell consumer health data. We do not hold any to sell, and we do not share it with third parties.
Profile Content You Choose to Share
In plain language: If you mention health matters in your own profile text, that's your choice. Treat it as public to your matches.
Members write their own biographies and prompt answers. If you choose to mention health-related aspects of your life in your profile, that content is visible to people you are introduced to, exactly like any other profile text. We recommend sharing only what you are comfortable with others knowing.
Your Rights
In plain language: The same rights as always: see your data, correct it, or delete your account entirely.
To the extent applicable law grants you rights over consumer health data, you may exercise them through the same channels as any privacy request: see Your Privacy Choices or write to [email protected]. You may also delete your account at any time.
