Acceptance of Terms
In plain language: By using AVEN you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
By accessing, registering for, or using the AVEN application or website (meetonaven.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
Eligibility
In plain language: 18+, truthful about who you are, in good standing, and not subject to court orders for violent or sexual offenses.
You must satisfy all of the following requirements to create an account or use AVEN:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must represent yourself truthfully, using only authentic photographs of yourself.
- You must not have been previously removed or banned from AVEN for community violations.
- You are not convicted of or subject to any court order relating to violent crimes, sexual misconduct, harassment, or financial fraud.
Community Standards & Prohibited Conduct
In plain language: Treat people with dignity. No harassment, no fakes, no scams, no commercial use, no explicit content sent without consent.
AVEN was created to foster genuine dating relationships built on emotional maturity, dignity, and mutual respect. You agree never to engage in:
- Harassment & Abuse: Threatening, stalking, defaming, bullying, or intimidating other members.
- Impersonation & Fraud: Creating fake accounts, using photos of another person, or soliciting money, cryptocurrency, or gift cards.
- Commercial Exploitation: Advertising products, promoting paid services, social media follow-farming, or conducting commercial transactions.
- Non-Consensual Content: Transmitting unsolicited explicit imagery, hate speech, or content promoting self-harm or violence.
Safety & Real-World Interactions
In plain language: We give you verification, blocking, and reporting tools, but your in-person safety is ultimately in your hands. Meet in public, tell a friend.
While AVEN provides verification tools, blocking, and reporting mechanisms, you are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, both online and in person.
We urge all members to consult our Safety Center for best practices on meeting in public, arranging independent transport, and sharing plans with trusted friends.
Pricing, Subscriptions & Digital Purchases
In plain language: AVEN has not announced pricing. Paid terms, if any, will be published here before they apply.
[BUSINESS INFORMATION REQUIRED: AVEN's paid plans are prepared but not on sale yet. Standard members are limited (for example, 8 introductions a day); the likes-you list, profile visitors, photos in chat, rewind, and widened search are planned paid features. Final pricing, the applicable store (e.g. Google Play on Android), billing terms, renewal and cancellation windows, and refund handling will be published in this section before anything is charged.]
Account Termination
In plain language: Leave whenever you like, in seconds, from the app or this website. We may remove accounts that violate these standards.
You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app settings or via our Account Deletion Page. AVEN reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or revoke access for any account that violates our standards, with no obligation to provide prior notice.
